Lilian has kept herself pretty busy in recent weeks, from singing the national anthem at Madison Square Garden, to recording at the studio, to winning an award! You can view the most recent images of the songstress below:    --- Lilian took part in an interview this past week with Diva Dirt, which you can listen to in its entirety at the proceeding link. Diva Dirt was joined by the Decade Diva, Lilian Garcia this past week in a 40 minute interview discussing her time with the WWE. Lilian, who retired in September, revealed what she's been up to since then including details on a new album possibly due for release later this year, plus her thoughts on Maria Kanellis and Mickie James getting into music. We also discuss how she felt when Trish retired, her thoughts on the infamous 'strudel' segment with The Rock, her love affair with Viscera, being knocked off the apron by Charlie Haas and plenty more. In a short excerpt, Lilian's comments on whether she was ever tempted to get into the WWE ring herself: "I thought about it but then I started thinking, that's really a full time job. I don't think it's fair for someone to show me a couple of moves and then me call myself a wrestler. I think it's a slap in the face for the Divas who have been training for years and years and years. So I decided that my role here is to announce and to sing, and that's fine." Kelly Kelly, who was in New York City last Thursday for the USA Network's Character Approved Awards, hung out with Lilian earlier in the day. Lilian posted photos of her day with the blonde bombshell on her Twitter account, which you can view below.   --- A new Lilian appearance has been announced as she will be appearing at a comic book and pop culture convention in Michigan in mid-May, the Motor City Comic Con. In mid-May, former WWE Divas Lilian Garcia, Amy 'Lita' Dumas and Molly Holly will be appearing at the Motor City Comic Con - May 14-16th, 2010 Rock Financial Showplace, Novi, Michigan. Join us today as we bring you some candid style pictures from various shows over Lilian's final year in WWE.    --- Shad from Cryme Tyme recently interviewed with Canoe website and had the following to say about Lilian: "Lilian has always been a good friend to me ever since I first came to WWE," said Shad. "She always gave me great advice and would notice things I didn't notice myself." He goes on to say that she gave him advice to be more confident in the ring. He also says she is a great person and a classy lady and that he wishes her the best. | ||
